When you kill the boss Sentinel Talondras, when headed north just stop at the doorway and look to the right. On a shelf with some scrolls you will also see a clickable tome standing upright, this is where you get À ma plus fidèle alliance.

Contents of "To My Staunchest Allies":

My noble friends,

Forgive me for keeping secrets, but I instructed Sentinel Talondras to withhold this message until you had safely reached your destination.

If you are reading this, then our worst fears have been realized. I have fallen to our foes, murdered on the orders of the treacherous Loken.

But fear not, for I have prepared for this dark eventuality.

Along with the Discs of Norgannon that you carry, I have hidden another disc that holds a record of my own memories.

Talondras will ensure it is safeguarded within the depths of Uldaman until such time as it can be safely retrieved. I have fashioned the refti to be unquestioningly loyal to me.

Before departing Valdrakken, I left a gift in the care of the Dragon Aspects.

Though they are unaware of its true purpose, the artifact can be used within the halls of Uldorus to outwit Loken's malignant schemes.

When it is safe to do so, bring my memory disc back to Uldorus and retrieve the item I gave to the Aspects. You will know what to do next.

Dearest Ironaya and most noble Archaedas, I place my trust in you. When we stand together, nothing can overcome our unity.

This is found in the Dragonflight version of Uldaman, hidden within the Volume ancien object. There are five of these objects within the dungeon:

The first can be found in the room after the second boss, on the floor to the right of a broken bench across from the door from the boss's room; it contains the Rapport d’observation : créatures terrestres.
The second is in the third boss's room, on the left side of the lowest shelf to the right of the exit door; this one contains À ma plus fidèle alliance.
The next one is located in the room before the fourth boss, on the left side sitting atop one of the three chests; this one contains Édits du Primat désigné, volume 742.
The fourth one, which contains Rapport d’analyse de l’épave, is to the right as you enter the large circular room after the "Gamma" mole machine (this is the room right before the infinite dragon flight makes their appearance).
The fifth and final book is in the room before the last boss, on the left side under the middle bench; it contains Rapport d’analyse de l’épave.
