Pour obtenir ce coffre, il vous faudra le jouet Brasero de la Folie (jouet qui se ramasse dans l'instance au niveau de l'antre de la folie, drop 100%) ainsi qu'une Folie mojo des Gurubashi (achetable à l'hv ou bien craftée en alchimie).
Une fois dans l'instance, vous pouvez poser votre brasero puis boire votre potion. Vous serez alors transformé en berserker troll amical avec tous les pnjs et boss. Vous pouvez clean l'instance auparavant si vous le souhaitez.

Derrière chaque emplacement de boss, vous trouverez une Offrande de sang pour échanger vos bijoux contre des tributs.

L'offrande de Venoxis vous propose trois options : 2 Bijou hakkari argenté, 3 Bijou hakkari vert et 3 Bijou hakkari doré
L'offrande de Mandokir vous propose trois options : 2 Bijou hakkari bronze, 3 Bijou hakkari rouge et 3 Bijou hakkari doré
L'offrande de Kilnara vous propose trois options : 2 Bijou hakkari orange, 3 Bijou hakkari jaune et 3 Bijou hakkari doré
L'offrande de Zanzil vous propose trois options : 2 Bijou hakkari violet, 3 Bijou hakkari bleu et 3 Bijou hakkari doré

Ces tributs vous donneront des pièces troll, des composants type tissu/cuir/barres mais aussi des plans de qualité bleue ou épique. Les plans bleus peuvent aussi s'obtenir sur les boss, les plans épiques ne s'obtiennent que dans les tributs.

It should be pointed out that you can turn in the "bijou offering" multiple times to each altar and obtain multiple gurubashi tribute.

To get Tribut gurubashi, use Folie mojo des Gurubashi on Brasero de la Folie while inside Zul'Gurub to make all mobs friendly and make you able to interact with bone piles.
There are 4 different bone piles that cost a different amount of Bijous each.

Here are the locations of the bone piles and the costs:
Behind High Priest Venoxis's spawn point
2 Bijou hakkari argenté or 3 Bijou hakkari vert or 3 Bijou hakkari doré

To the right of Bloodlord Mandokir's spawn point
2 Bijou hakkari bronze or 3 Bijou hakkari rouge or 3 Bijou hakkari doré

In the back of High Priestess Kilnara's room
2 Bijou hakkari orange or 3 Bijou hakkari jaune or 3 Bijou hakkari doré

To the left of the biggest green cauldron in Zanzil's room

Made few videos of Gurubashi Tribute opening, 47 and 51 boxes, 2 vids. Gives approximate idea of drops.

Some statistics:

Based on personal data and what people have posted here, you have 23% chance to loot an Ancient Pattern from a Tribut gurubashi.
On average it costs 2.55 Bijous for each Tribut gurubashi.

This leads us to 11 Bijous per Ancient Pattern.

A ZG run takes 8-12 minutes, depending on fast you go and how much trash and minibosses you clear.
You can expect to loot 7-10 Bijous per run, assuming you clear all bosses + fish, and depending on how much trash you choose to clear.
Let's call that an average of 8.5 Bijous in a 10-minute clear.

This leads us to 13 minutes of active ZG clearing per Ancient pattern. Alternatively: Expect to do 3 ZG clears to get enough Bijous, for 2 Ancient Patterns.
