Nearly 100k more health restored vs. Potion de soins côtière, a tremendous improvement as we have surpassed 200k healthpools for non-tank specs this past tier, and will likely push 300k in 8.2.

As with all healing potions since WoD, it cannot crit heal.

Based on my testing during Shadowlands (pre-patch through 9.0.2), here are the best healing potions at various level ranges:
Level 1: Potion de soins d’expédition (can only be obtained in Exile's Reach -- the new starter zone in the Shadowlands prepatch)
Levels 2-9: Potion de soins d’expédition or Potion de soins inférieure (whichever is cheaper)
Levels 10-31: Potion de régénération de la Horde de Fer
Levels 32-34: Potion de régénération de la Horde de Fer or Potion de soins de maître (they heal the same amount, so pick whichever is cheaper)
Level 35: Potion de régénération de la Horde de Fer or Potion de soins de maître or Tonique de soins (they all heal the same amount, so pick whichever is cheaper)
Levels 36-39: Tonique de soins
Levels 40-44: Potion de soins abyssale
Level 45: Potion de soins astrale for one level only!
Levels 46-55: Back to Potion de soins abyssale
Levels 56-60: Potion de soins spirituels

*Note: If you start in Exile's reach, you have no access to mailboxes until you leave at level 10. You also cannot use the Siffletimbre de Katy toy; if you try to use it, you get an error that you can't use that item during tutorial.*
