I got this first time from Executioner Adrastia. Just unlocked my Dredger today, and wanted some clothes for him. The drop chance says 1-2% but it dropped for me first time. I believe that number is wrong, possibly it was them trying to get the item before they unlocked the sanctum upgrade. I believe its a 100% drop chance once you unlock it, but I cannot back up that claim at the moment besides my own drop. So good luck to all the new Dredgers out there!

Definitely not 100% drop, I've got Ember Court 3 and not dropped from 5 kills.

Started to kill everything around her spawn, after killing everything in the crypt she spawned.
Sadly didn't drop the dredger item after all that work to get her to spawn.
A low drop on a low spawn rate is just horrible..
(Had the butler pet out on the moment of the kill)

Ughhh... It takes ages for her to spawn, escorting all those dredgers to safety. WHY is this not a 100% drop?

To turn this in, you need to summon your dredger from your pet journal. If you try to turn it in to the dredger butler in the active Ember Court scenario, it will not let you turn it in and instead will say, "You don't meet the requirements for that quest." Same with the Doublet de purotin à manches courtes

An important distinction: Executioner Adrastia is NOT the same person as Executioner Aatron.

Aatron is routinely found just below/northwest of the Charred Ramparts flight point in Revendreft. Gotta kill three gargoyles so he'll land and become attackable.

Adrastia is found on top of the Darkwall Tower (the tall tower next to the aforementioned flight point). She usually isn't up, and it's unclear precisely what spawns here. Lots of theories, but little proof. You can hear her yell when she spawns even when you're in Sinfall.

If you're looking for the doublet, you want Adrastia.

Doublet de purotin à manches longues can be dropped by the rare Exécutrice Adrastia. I've lured her out a few times now at the top of the Darkwall Tower. Her spawn has nothing to do with the other rare Bourreau Aatron. While I'm not entirely sure if she is triggered by killing enemies in her area or freeing the NPCs there, I personaly think it is the second option.

I always start first with clearing the path for the friendly Prisonnier sombrégides on which they return to their safe point. So I make sure that they don't run into any enemies on the way back, who might hold them back. There are several ways back for the friendly NPCs, it seems they always choose the shortest one. If you watch a few of the captives run back, you will quickly find out which paths they choose to get to their destination. It would be too much to describe this here. Freeing Prisonnier sombrégides is done simply by getting closer to them.

At first I thought the appearance of Exécutrice Adrastia was triggered by killing enemies in her area , since she once exactly announced her appearance when I was killing an enemy.

However, this was not the case the following day and therefore I suspect that one of the freed Prisonnier sombrégides had reached his safe point when Adrastia was doing her call out to appear soon. In theory, this could also have been the case the day before, only that it happened exactly at the same time as the enemy was killed by me and it then looked as if it depended on his death.

But maybe both variants have a chance to make Exécutrice Adrastia appear. Since you have to kill the enemies in the area anyway to make sure the Prisonnier sombrégides reach their destinaion safely, I don't think that it matters which of the two variants exactly causes her to appear.

Sometimes it took me about 30 to 40 minutes for her to show up, but there were also situations where I just cleared up the whole area once and then she showed up. It's also worth mentioning that Doublet de purotin à manches longues is not a 100% dropp.

When you enter Executioner Adrastia's area you'll see and indicator at the top of your screen xx/50 Dredgers Released. Kill the mobs in the area inspiring the Dredger slaves to revolt and escape. Once 50 Dredgers leave the area Executioner Adrastia will spawn. Tip: Make sure the Dredger's escape paths are free of mobs as they'll stop and attack along the way and if they die before escaping they don't count.

Finally, dropped on 5th kill of Adrastia. If you’re alone, releasing the 50 Dredgers can be quite some work.

I just got the item now after 7 attempts. What I did find very quickly is that while yes, dredgers can be attacked if they're running away - they don't seem to be attacked if you don't follow them to see if they are.

My tactic was to clear out 1-2 nearby enemies that the dredgers attacked automatically and then mount up and fly in the opposite direction to look for more. After a few seconds, the counter went up by how many I freed. If I followed them to check if they made it, they without fail would attack the very next NPC. I tested this theory a few times, and it seemed to work without fault (at least, for me).

I found that killing the mobs near Prisonnier sombrégides did not always cause them to run for freedom; sometimes I had to just get close to them.

Got it on my 3rd kill. Just focus on finding where they spawn so you know the areas, especially also down in the basement. And use realm hopping, or wait for your realm to have the event at say 30/50, helps a lot.
