To spawn Tranche-monde A'tir you need 3x Os de wyrmelin from Wyrmelin tranche-mondes nearby, then click the Os de wyrmelin at The Slagmire.

Tranche-monde A'tir rare is located in Rivages de l’Éveil Obsidian Citadel
To summon Tranche-monde A'tir you have to get 3 Os de wyrmelin then use it on Os de wyrmelin pile
Bones have a chance to frop from Wyrmelin tranche-monde

As of 1/2/23:

I've been experiencing an issue while attempting to spawn Tranche-monde A'tir where the Os de wyrmelin are disappearing from my bag. It has happened such that I am able to add one bone with a right click on the Wurmling Bone Pile before I get an error saying "Missing Reagent: Wurmling Bones." while attempting to add the second bone to the Wurmling Bone Pile. (As I understand it, it requires three bones added to the bone pile, and I am very near to 100% sure I have possessed three of the Os de wyrmelin at the same time.)

However, it has also happened such that I am able to add zero of the Os de wyrmelin before receiving the error saying "Missing Reagent: Wurmling Bones." upon which I've checked my bag to see that even though I can say that I had, with 100% certainty, the three Os de wyrmelin required, I do now possess zero of the required bones, with nothing in the bag slot they had been in.

I can't find any reasons why this might be. I don't see anywhere else that it might be an issue, but the only thought I have is that maybe it's because I have already spawned it once today? But then, why could you hold up to 20 of them? Why not make it super obvious- somehow - that further farming of the Os de wyrmelin if you're not going to be able to use them, and they're actually just going to disappear when you get close enough to summon Tranche-monde A'tir.

Sorry if I'm missing any info or went overboard on links... it's been a while since I even thought about creating a post. Let me know if more info is needed to try to sort this out, and thanks!

These seems to be bugged. I've killed a bunch of Wurmlings, and the Bones never drop. They used to have 100% drop rate previously. Tried it on two different characters and they are not dropping.

Are others experiencing the same?

I got 1 drop, and then for the next 15min been killing the 3 spawns, and no drops only for the item to expire, nice design.

Update for all of those Who start doing this for Achievements!
I'll spawn Rare after using 3 of these Items, took me around 4-5 Worms to loot one item ( depends on your luck )
