This is currently bugged - I have no clue how Blizzard plans to distribute it to those of us who missed it, but don't take your mail if you do have this waiting for you - it will just disappear.

EDIT: Just heard back from Blizzard Support. They are aware of the issue, and for those of us who picked up the item from the mail, it apparently is present in your inventory and just invisible, so when the item is fixed, it will be in your bag.

7/26 hotfix -

After completing the Daycare Derby achievement, players can take the toy reward from their mail and use it to add to their toy box as expected.

looted and learned it just fine, but it didn't show up in toy box, relogging got it to show up properly.

Using this item lets your little hatchlings "fly" you around for a short while (30 seconds). It's basically an adorable version of a priest's Levitate, complete with slow fall. It also has no cast time to activate, so you can use it to save yourself if you accidentally fall off a cliff or something.

It does look to be usable in some instanced content (I tested it in a WoD raid), but I don't expect that to remain a thing.

Received by mail rather than being found in my inventory upon getting the achievement. I learnt it without issue, however on trying it out it failed to work, just making the failed action broken switch noise when I tried to use the toy. Upon relogging it worked.

The toy Dragonnets obéissants is the reward for completing the achievement Course de la Nourricerie. The toy works like a levitate and has a very cool visual of your 5 whelps carrying you using strings (as the name suggests). Interesting as of 10.1.5, it can be used in dungeons and raids and can be used in combat. The levitate in addition doesn't break on damage and, despite the channel, you can use your abilities whilst levitating. This seems like an oversight so will probably get changed in the future.

Course de la Nourricerie is awarded by completing the 5 different races available as daily quests for the whelps. As there is one race for each whelp, you must complete the daily-locked storylines up to and including the quest Un dragon vert insomniaque ? to unlock all the racing dailies. The races then rotate in a fixed order so you may need to wait a few days for a particular daily to become available.

Once you've completed the achievement, the toy should drop into your inventory, but there is currently a bug where it will not, however you should then receive it from the postmaster in the mail. The toy is also 'hidden' in the toy box as of 10.1.5 and will not appeared until you have learned the toy, however this may also require a relog for it to appear.
