So I tried completing the quest that gives this, and while it said it would reward this item, I ended up receiving nothing. The reward box had a big red "?" and the box itself was blood red. I could link the item in chat, but nobody was able to "open" it and see the tooltip.

Gonna put in a ticket and see what they say.

8 days later I got the following reply:

Game Master xxxxxx here to assist you today and I hope your day is going excellent.

I apologize for any frustrations, confusion, and the delay with contacting you back about your questions or concerns. While we expected an increase in contacts here at Customer Support, it's been extremely busy causing some additional delays in us getting back to you.

During my investigation, I did verify that you do have it earned and learned on the account, but I found some comments on WoWhead that also mention problems with summoning and using it after learning it. We have reports submitted by others as well saying there is a problem and we currently have this sent to our QA and Dev Team to investigate more. Unfortunately, we do not have a work around or fix to provide to our fans just yet, but our QA and Dev Team are on the job looking into this.

I would keep an eye out on the forums for any updates on when this should be fixed or you may keep an eye on your toy box in game to see if appear again. Sorry again for any trouble this has caused.

This toy is bugged for me in some ways. The toon I learned it on can use it just fine, but it will always unfavorite after logging out. Other toons I have on the same account/realm/faction can't even see it in their journal however, let alone use it.

the toy is super bugged, it sometimes unfavorites itself when you log out, and most of the time the item doesn't even exist, it just turns into a red question mark, it seemed to work about 1 week ago but now it's totally bugged

I present You Storyline Le devoir d’un chef which is part of Achievement Amitié des îles aux Dragons. To unlock This Storyline You need to have Renown Level 11 with Rohart iskaarien.

Quests in order I done:

1. La tribu perdue - Quest from Rowie will appear when You will reach Renown Level 11 with Rohart iskaarien. You need to see Murik /way #2024 13.15 49.24
2. Isolation soudaine - Fly to /way #2022 55.07 38.22, and speak with Garde Hakota.
3. Affaire pressante - Slay Sculpte-flammes Lorak to loot Trophée qalashi /way #2022 65.56 31.47
4. Impressions catastrophiques - Follow Garde Hakota then You can speak with Tutaqan to skip conversation and finish quest.
5A. Eaux troubles - Go where is river and get:
- 6 Chair de lutjan succulente drop from Lutjan agité
- Caught 10 Warmwater Riverfish use Filet de pêche rohart to get them, Warmwater Riverfish are in water.
5B. Sauvetage de fournitures - Go where is river and pick up:
- 8 Fragment d’os de baleine - is only one in pick. All around water
- 30 Bois détrempé - max 5 in one pick. All around water
Then speak with Fabricante Kuliqa /way #2022 54.23 38.62, and give him first materials then finish quest.
7. Test du roharsenal - First pick up Lance en os uktulut is on front of NPC then go /way #2022 54.07 36.92, and use extra bar on 4 Mannequin d'entraînement rohart. Reward Mannequin d’entraînement rohart that have 41M HP :D.
8. Le compte y est… presque - Go to /way #2022 56.12 35.51, and pick up Ipko then carry him to /way #2022 54.90 36.45, YOU CAN'T FLY OR USE SPEED SKILLS - You will drop him down xD. as well when You fight You will drop him down
9. Tourner la page - Speak with Tutaqan /way #2022 53.66 39.24, Is over vilage where is waterfall, then press on 3 things on table then wait when ritual will finish.
10. Jour de deuil - Fly over next water fall and speak with Tutaqan /way #2022 53.89 41.24, i pick 1 option in dialog.
11. La seule solution est d’avancer - In order:
- /way #2022 52.87 41.02, and pet Loutrèke paisible by speaking with him ( if buget try few times xD) then go to Tutaqan /way #2022 53.89 41.24
- Press on Loutrèke territoriale /way #2022 54.10 40.28
- Pick Up Canne à pêche cassée /way #2022 54.45 41.01
- Pick Up small Caneton en peluche /way #2022 52.92 39.32
- Use Extra bar to create Appât à loutrèke
- Go back to Loutrèke territoriale /way #2022 54.10 40.28, and speak with him and go to Tutaqan
- Fly to tiny cave xD is behind right side from NPC /way #2022 54.26 42.02, and press on Loutrèke dévouée,
- Go /way #2022 53.30 41.54, and pick up Crabe charnu then fly back to Loutrèke dévouée and speak with it ( You can't be mounted ) then go back to Tutaqan and wait until conversation finish. What a Quest O_o.
12. Appel à la chasse - Is auto quest after You finish Quest 11. Go /way #2022 53.91 38.14, and speak with Garde Hakota then wait until conversation finish.
13. Tant que le fer est chaud - Slay Zhurtan Remous-des-Ondes /way #2022 48.72 45.33
After this Quest You will finish Story line. Reward is Dressage de loutrèke, Recommandation de Tutaqan and You will unlock this Village and Fly point :). As well You can after quest Une chaleur envahissante For cooking recipe.

I think the toy is bugged because the Tuskar level 11 campaign La tribu perdue and the Dragonscale level 13 Un nouveau mystère are bugged. you finish the quest chain and then it flags you "False" for completing it, hence why you can't use the toy because it was achieved through a quest Test du roharsenal you are flagged false for. The credit does count towards your Amitié des îles aux Dragons tho. the last tuskarr quest has 2 kill credits, so I'm assuming the chain itself is bugged on both. Please fix, Quest flags are super important for interactions with objects\npcs.
a week ago I noticed I'd get flagged for Un nouveau mystère questid's every time I would log in, I suppose that was Blizzards attempt at fixing it, I guess they gave up since it no longer flags me.
