Skipping Bosses in Vault of the Incarnates in Dragonflight:

Picking up the quest Caveau des Incarnations : des œufs à casser in Vault of the Incarnates allows you to collect 3x Fragment du grand bâton from the second last boss Garde-couvée Diurna.
Upon defeating her three times and completing the quest you will be able to skip to her encounter after defeating Terros on subsequent raid runs.
This quest and skip is specific to the difficulty on which it is acquired. The quest will need to be completed on Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties in order to earn the skip for each difficulty.

You just can earn 1x Fragment du grand bâton per week in each difficulty.
