Tome de la bête hybride est vendu par Pan l’Affectueuse au Pavillon du Traqueur pour 1000 Ressources de domaine. Vous devez avoir terminé votre campagne de Domaine de Classe pour acheter l'objet.
Tome des sombres murmures imprégné de sang s'obtient sur Zul à Uldir en mode normal, héroïque ou mythique.
Ancien tome de dinomancie s'obtient sur l'Île des Géants en tuant des Dinomancien zandalari. Les Troll zandalari n'ont pas besoin de ce tome pour apprivoiser des Navrecornes.
Bien éduquer son serpent s'achète auprès de San Ecailles de Rubis une fois exalté auprès de L’ordre du Serpent-nuage. Le tome peut être utilisé par toutes les classes étant exaltées auprès de cette faction, et cela débloquera la capaciter d'apprivoiser des Serpents-nuages sur tous les chasseurs de votre compte.
Le Tome de lien d’os simplifié est un world drop obtenable à Maldraxxus ou bien dans le donjon Malepeste. Les Mort-vivant n'ont pas besoin de ce tome pour apprivoiser des créatures mortes-vivantes.
Matrice d'impression de méca-lien est conçu par les Ingénieurs avec le Schéma : Matrice d'impression de méca-lien, qui est vendu par Xur’ios pour seulement
1 Pièce curieuse. Le schéma est lié quand ramassé, mais le tome en lui-même peut être acheté et vendu à l'hôtel des ventes. Les Gnome, Gobelin et Mécagnome chasseurs n'ont pas besoin de ce tome pour apprivoiser des créatures mécaniques.
Le Manuel d’entraînement de gargon s'obtient auprès du Maître chasseur Pétrus à Revendreth. Il débloque la capaciter d'apprivoiser des Gargons sur tous les chasseurs de votre compte.
Le Dressage de loutrèke est obtenu via la quête Tant que le fer est chaud. La série de quêtes peut être lancée lorsque vous atteignez le niveau de renom 11 avec les Rohart iskaarien, et cela débloque la capacité d'apprivoiser des Loutrèkes sur tous les chasseurs de votre compte.
L’art d’élever un Draconien peut être obtenu auprès de Kaestrasz après avoir atteint le niveau de renom 23 avec le Concordat de Valdrakken. Il semblerait que la réputation soit requise sur votre chasseur, le livre ne pouvant être obtenu par une autre classe. On ignore encore si cela débloque la capacité d'apprivoiser des Draconiens sur tous les chasseurs de votre compte.

I am more than excited to obtain this tome more than anything in this expansion, and my first priority is to grind valdrakken accord, here’s a list of pets that will be tameable after learning this tome

Pet Family - Lesser Dragonkin

Creatures tameable after learning the tome
Fey Darters/dragons
Veilwings/feathered drakes
Hornswog/dragon frogs
Vorquin/kirin creatures - despite requiring the tome, they will end up in the stag family

Requirements - Valdrakken Accord, renown 23

Not sure if it's just me, but ever since I got this tome and tamed a "Lesser Dragonkin" I can't seem to cast mend pet on it. I've tried with several different dragonkins but none seem to work. It says "Invalid Target" when i try. Anyone else having the same issue?

Edit: As stated in the comment below, this has now been fixed!

I had an issue when first taming a faerie dragon, where I could not name it. It kept giving the invalid characters error message.
Upon relogging, the issue was fixed.
Not sure if this was specific to the mob I tamed, but it was the Cave Faerie in Thal just outside the city.

If my alt gets the valdrakken rep to tame dragonkin, can my main tame dragonkin as well or does my main have to hit the level 23 renown first?

Short version: Confirmed that this is account wide. My main hunter learned this earlier today and my alt at rank 11 can tame dragonkin. :)

Longer version with side note on Beast Lore: I learned this tome on my main but immediately switched to my alt hunter who had the fast engi port to Ardenweald to tame one since it was said to be account wide. However when I got to Ardenweald to tame the matriarch who pats directly north of The Heart I went to check to make sure she was indeed tameable but my Beast Lore ability would not activate on her or any of the dragons in the area. I thought maybe it wasn't account wide after all so switched back to my main and went to tame a rainbow colored cave dragon a bit south of Valdrakken. It turns out that the Beast Lore ability just doesn't work for dragonkin at all yet as in it doesn't recognize the target as one to use it on. Hopefully that will change in the future, but until then even if the Beast Lore ability isn't working the Tame Beast ability still does work! I went back to my alt hunter who is rank 11 with Valdrakken and sure enough I could tame the veilwings there with no issue at all! Screenshot provided of alt and Valdrakken renown.

You must have Reknown 23 on a hunter in order to obtain this book as a reward for hitting 23, however, there is a way to sort of 'cheese' your way to 23 on an alt that I go into below.

It's also worth noting that you are only technically grinding 21 levels of Reknown from scratch. At Reknown 12 and 19, you are given questlines that end with an item that gives you 2500 rep each time, giving you two Reknown levels 'for free'.

Buffs

Always have your DMF buff on, if possible, when doing a turn-in. You'll be surprised how much of a difference that 10% reputation buff makes over time.

Contracts

When doing WQ's, make sure you have a Contract: Valdrakken Accord rolling. The gold tier gives 15 rep per WQ, the silver 12, the bronze 10.

Turn-ins

While weirdly rarer than the Centaur or Dragonscale turn-ins, Titan Relics will also give you 15 rep per turn-in.

Daily Quests

Most WQ's reset Tue/Fri, but there are 3 WQ's that reset daily that always give Valdrakken rep. They are two PVP WQ's only in War Mode (usually between 100-200 rep a pop) and the Battle Pet Daily WQ, that gives 25.

Daily Rares

Rare Elites from this list can be killed once per day to receive 50 Valdrakken rep per kill.

One-time Valdrakken Reputation Rares

Non-elite rares drop a 50 Valdrakken rep commendation, but will only drop it once, ever, on the first kill. Not every rare is up at the same time, so check on resets to see if ones you're missing have spawned.

Non-repeatable Weekly Quests

Two questlines award Valdrakken rep that can only be advanced week by week. One involves finding a new duck each week and bringing it to safety, the other involves two Dragonmaw orcs repenting at the Ruby Life Pools. It's a good idea to do each quest once a week for a free rep bump until the questlines are finished.

Weekly Quests

1) Therazal will always give you some form of a weekly quest that gives you 500 reputation with the Valdrakken Accord every week.

2) Theldren and Kemora give one weekly dungeon quest each for 250 Valdrakken rep per if chosen as a commendation.

3) Completing the week's first To Dragonbane Keep! awards a Dragonbane Keep Strongbox that awards 250 Valdrakken rep from a guaranteed Valdrakken commendation found inside.

4) Malicia offers Weekly Quests that give 250 Valdrakken rep each if chosen as a commendation.

5) If Sparks of Life: Thaldraszus is active during the given week, it will also award 250 Valdrakken Rep.

6) During the WQ Bonus Week, Kazra will offer The World Awaits which gives 2500 rep, a full Reknown Level, with the DF faction of your choice (Valdrakken, in this case).

Obsidian Citadel (Wrathion and Sabellian)

1) Allegiance to One awards 40 Valdrakken Rep, and opens up the rest of the Weekly Quests for each respective leader.

2) You will receive a handful of quests per week; complete them to receive 150 Valdrakken Reputation per quest.

3) The first Keys of Loyalty quest completed per week will give you 100 Valdrakken Rep. All subsequent key turn-ins to Wrathion/Sabellian/Forgemaster Bazentus, while infinitely repeatable, will only award 50 reputation per key.
* DO NOT turn in your keys to Igys the Believer. She awards no reputation, and her Super Rare summon Morchok gives Dragonscale Expedition reputation for some reason.

4) Each completion of To Dragonbane Keep! as an event will award 50 reputation, and occurs every two hours, allowing you to farm this multiple times a day. The Super Rare Captain Lancer will spawn outside as soon as the Keep is completed, so you can combine this as a daily activity to get 100 reputation in total.

Non-Repeatable Valdrakken Reputation Quests

This is a list of every possible quest that gives Valdrakken Reputation. I recommend going through and seeing if there are any quest crumbs/chains you have missed, and running the flags in-game to see if you have completed a quest if you are not sure.

The 'Alt Cheese' Method

Something that many players (myself included) undervalued is the Word of a Worthy Ally 100/200% reputation gain buff applied to your alts upon reaching 10 and 20 Reknown level on any one character. If you have, say, your main as a Warrior at Reknown 20+ and a hunter that hasn't even touch DF content yet, you are effectively guaranteed to be pushed up to and past 23 Reknown, likely without even touching a single WQ. Allow me to explain in an example.

Say you need 1000 reputation, and there are 10 quests available. Each quest awards 100 reputation each. Your warrior would need to complete 10 quests, hitting that mark. But, he's out of quests. Now, to earn more reputation, he must grind keys and WQ's in order to advance.

Your alt also needs 1000 reputation, and there are 10 quests available. But, your alt has a 100% reputation gain buff. So, your alt only has to do FIVE quests, and is now at 1000 reputation. The buff stops working at the 1000 reputation point, BUT, your alt has FIVE QUESTS LEFT. This means your alt, when finished with those quests, is now sitting at 1500 rep, for the same amount of work that your Warrior put in. Your alt is now AHEAD of your main.

The Word of a Worthy Ally buff allows you to accomplish more while 'using' less quests, giving you more reputation and leaving you with more quests still available after the reputation bonus stops working to push up your reputations. You will gain so much reputation, especially at 20+, that you will be hitting 23+ before you have exhausted all your non-repeatable Valdrakken questlines. Which is much, much, much preferable to grinding keys and timegated WQ's.

This method is best done with a Reknown 20+ main providing the Ally buff to your fresh 60 hunter that has yet to touch DF content. In some cases, if your hunter has already progressed deep into DF prior to your account obtaining this buff for alts, it may be faster to powerlevel a LV10 Allied Race hunter and progress into DF with a clean, 200% rep buff slate and all quests undone.

All three tameable Lesser Dragonkin are Ferocity pets and identical for skills, with the unique Shimmering Scales ability. 1.5 minute cooldown, 70% damage reduction from magical attacks for 8 seconds. Hopefully more Dragonkin will be added in future patches that we can tame.

I HATE that hunters can't access this if another character gets 23 reown instead. Just why? Make it like otters...questlines that will pass over to hunters.

So this is COMPLETELY account-bound. I can tame lesser dragonkin on my second account that doesn't even have Dragonflight yet!

Despite claims that this is 'account wide', in practice it isn't. While the effect of being able to tame dragonkin works across all characters once you unlock it on your hunter upon them reaching lv23 renown, in order for your other hunters to tame a dragonkin, they also need to be lv23 renown for the effect to be active on your alt hunter.
So you must grind to lv23 renown on every hunter you have in order to tame dragonkin.

I had a problem taming these on my lower renown alliance alt hunter after i had already hit level 23 renown with valdrakken on a horde hunter.

When I opened a ticket for some help instead of a gm just pointed me to this conflicting wowhead comment thread...

Luckily, I was able to solve my problem, and I'm posting it here in case someone else experiences this bug. This is indeed account wide access. The character that could not tame dragonkin (and is level 13 with valdrakken accord) can tame them now.

The solution was an odd one:

I hopped onto the horde hunter that was level 24 valdrakken accord, ran out to a cave filled with faerie dragonkin, and then tamed one.

I hopped back onto my alternate alliance character who just 5 minutes before could not tame dragonkin, and lo and behold, she could now tame dragonkin.

It seems there is some kind of bug that gets your character stuck and unable to tame.
Perhaps, like in some other comments, logging in and out works for them, but that didn't work for me. It only worked after I had successfully tamed a dragonkin for the first time.
