Cerf-volant de Yennu (Cerf-volant de Yennu) is a toy located on Rivages de l’Éveil at 46.74 31.26 stuck on a tree on top of a rock pillar.

To reach it land on the platform on the tree with the Kite Adventurers, from there you can walk on the tree branch to the kite.

When used it applies a buff to you called Cerf-volant de Yennu that makes a tuskarr kite float behind you for 5 minutes.

There is a big tree on the top of the mountain. Use your dragon to flight onto it (onto the house).
You will see a big branch you can walk along. In the end you will spot the treasure. Carefully move to there and collect it.

Glide up to the tree where you see couple of Kite Adventurers Cynthia Murmure des Nuages & Travis Moreau
Then follow the branch to the left
Treasure is on top of a tree branch.

I was able to walk up the stairs over to the wooden steps that are nailed into the tree and jump up each step to get up to the part of the tree where most ppl are saying to land your dragon. (I sucked at trying to land my dragon). Was then able to walk out onto the limb and get the kite.

Edit: You do not need to hand the kite over to Yennu, seeing as he has plenty in his collection.

Cerf-volant de Yennu is part of the achievement Trésors des rivages de l’Éveil.
Cerf-volant de Yennu is located in Rivages de l’Éveil when you fly west from the Uktulut Backwater camp to the Crumbling Cliffs. You will see between the mountains a large rock with a large tree on it. Cerf-volant de Yennu has gotten caught in a branch.
If you like you can talk to Yennu who is standing in front of the tree before and after you free the dragon from the branch, thus getting Cerf-volant de Yennu.
On the tree are also Travis Moreau and Cynthia Murmure des Nuages, from her you are welcome to buy a Chevauche-tempête.
