This is located in the same area as the Butin en fusion. It's kind of small and easily overlooked.

Cave Entrance is at /way #2133 48 17
Facing towards the back, the Crystal is on the left, along the edge of the lave stream. About as far back as you can go, at the above mentioned Coordinates.
Bonus, the Molten Hoard is in the center, behind the grate that lava flows through, Ride your dragon back to this point for easy, but loud, loot.

Item for Enchantement. Item need to be disenchanted in order to get the knowledge points. There are 3 new items for enchanting in Zaralek Caverns:

Cave Entrance is at /way 48.86, 18.40

Entrance has a lava waterfall. There are some nuisances to dodge as you make your way to the item on the ground.

My observations about getting this:

I could not see it until collecting Butin en fusion, which is very close and above it.
It is actually just inside the very edge of the lava, reachable without harm, in the cavern just in front of the grate to the niche where Molten Hoard is, on the left side as you're looking at the grate.
The only hazard is the flame swirlies, which knock you around and cause damage. The knocking around may toss you into the lava, so be prepared for that; avoid the swirlies as much as possible (I personally avoid swirlies of any kind, including real world ones 🤪)
I did die in here one time, and was refreshingly surprised that my gear survived undamaged. So there's that. And I did not get the death from lava stat out of it, either.

Really not hard to do by itself, and definitely worth it.
