You need to kill Mythic Raid bosses in the Amirdrassil Raid or complete Mythic Dungeon Key levels 16+ to earn 60 Écu onirique d’Aspect (which is a currency visible in your currency tab) to then buy Écu onirique d’Aspect jeune from the enchanting vendor in Valdrakken which is the currency for Écu onirique d’Aspect enchanté.

Maybe Moosplauze hadn't formulated it entirely properly, but so many downvotes while it's almost correct is imo a bit harsh. You need 60x Écu onirique d’Aspect, which drop in Mythic Amirdrassil, and in Mythic+ dungeons +16 or higher. Most people will be doing M+, so you'd need 5 timed +16 or higher for this. You can then purchase Écu onirique d’Aspect jeune from Andoris (Enchanting Supplies) in Valdrakken, and in some other places.

Then through Work Orders, you can let an enchanter create Écu onirique d’Aspect enchanté for you, using the following items:

1x Écu onirique d’Aspect jeune (from the 60x Écu onirique d’Aspect)
2x Dracothyste
4x Cristal résonnant
15x Éclat chatoyant
80x Poussière chromatique

You can then use the newly obtained Écu onirique d’Aspect enchanté to (re)craft your gear, but keep in mind it needs to be paired with the current L’étincelle des rêves (1 for most items, 2 for 2h weapons for instance).
