I believe this mob generates from Corrupteur des marées or Zélote noyé.
These two mobs are a kind of cult and quote a phrase that says something about blood.
As soon as the Vale of Eternal Blossoms Assault starts I put the coordinates for those who want to try.

Found him and killed him. He really behaves like normal rare mob. I was just doing loops above the sea with no players in sight, so noone killed Bonestrippers. After some time he spawned. He is doing loops counterclockwise, meaning he is far from the shore when he is going from west to east, and close to the shore when he is returning. He has no star marker on map and is swimming deeper than nameplate distance from water surface. So I suggest target macro.

Original theory: All other mobs are spawned by killing their uncorrupted version. There is no uncorrupted bloodseeker though. My guess is, because only recorded location here on wowhead is point where N'zoth Bonestripper spawns, if you are killing Bonestrippers in the sea they won't spawn usual Corrupted Bonestripper but this Corrupted Bloodseeker. But that is just a theory, it would be nice if someone could confirm it.

I found the corrupted shark at 18.6, 80,2.
So he is definitely not staying at one spot.

Cherche-sang corrompu is not a rare mob - he had golden dragon around nameplate when spawned. Seems like cannot be spawned by killing specyfic mobs. Found him at 15:67 as mentioned before - he is not staying at one spot but roams around so for sure check whole shore side before leaving the place.
Drops 10 Souvenirs corrompus.

so...if you looking for the CORRUPTED BLOODSEEKER you will found him when n'zoth assault up at uldum!i found him under of the trone of the four winds!he had golden dragon around nameplate when spawned and he is not staying at one spot but roams around !good luck

Found him in 1 pass while looking for the Tormentor, if you add the ID to NPCScan it will pop up.

I don't know if this normal mob is super rare, or what. But, I searched the entire coast from roughly Tol'Vir up to Ankhaten Harbor. The only one I found was actually a corrupted one at approximately 17.69. Good luck!

Found it at 46.74, 91.32 swimming in the direction of throne of the four winds and along the coast there. It was while The Black Empire assault was up :)

Respawn timer: from 1 to 2 hrs. No need to kill any mobs for the shark to spawn.

This mob spawns around 13.5, 64. I did a lap of the path it swims and didn't see it, stopped there to check wowhead to see if anyone mentioned a spawn point and it appeared right under me as I was hovering. I'm not sure if it spawns anywhere else, but I can at least confirm this point.

I just killed the shark at 41.8, 90.5. He was just meandering along and was an easy kill for lvl 70 toon.
