Cet oeuf permet d'obtenir la monture Rênes mâchonnées de l’aile-écorchée malhabile après 5 jours à 100%.

Cet oeuf peut être obtenu très rarement (0,15-0,5%) sur la plupart des chimères de Maldraxxus. Voilà la liste de toutes les chimères qui peuvent le loot : Hurletrombe vorace, Nouveau-né dent d'os, Jeune hurletrombe, Bec-dentelé rassasié, Hurletrombe malade ou même le rare Roide-Rostre.

Personnellement, je l'ai obtenu en 300 kills en farmant un Hurletrombe malade sur la muraille détruite près du fly de Guet de la Peste (Coordonnées TomTom 58, 71). En effet, les Hurletrombe malades qui volent en rond dans la zone respawn toujours au même endroit et instantanément après leur mort. Ca permet de les enchaîner très rapidement. Celui que j'ai tué en boucle respawn instantanément juste au dessus de la muraille détruite. C'est actuellement (29 Novembre 2020) le plus rapide moyen de le farmer.

Ce que dit Chlouck était vrai jadis, mais il ne repop plus instant depuis quelques maj. Ne perdez donc pas votre temps sur ce spot (comme je l'ai fait avant d'avoir l'info du non repop ^^) ! J'ai eu le miens sur les "nouveau-né dent d'os" au bout du 410 essais (les pe!@#$ mobs autour de Tahonta). Ce n'est pas si long, j'ai farm des trucs bien plus pénibles...

First off the best place to farm it right now as of 11/28/2020 is at 57, 71 in Maldraxxus. Thanks to Grazyyh's comment in the mount's comments. The Diseased Galescreamer spawns right on the gate there and whenever you kill it, it insta respawns. It is by far the fastest place and with a group of 5 it goes by fast. Second RNG is a cruel mistress I spent 6 hours farming this egg at that one spot. While we had people who entered our group and got it within minutes. So just want to say GL to all who are farming this and yes it does exist. Time to wait the 5 days to see if the mount is indeed 100% drop chance from the egg because farming this again is not in my mind right now.

I had stood at 58, 78 in Maldraxxus left of a pool of goop. Right above it a Diseased Galescreamer will spawn you can target it and kill it without moving over and over.

Took 268 kills to get an egg. About 2 hours.

Just got mine to drop off the Diseased Galescreamer dropped relatively quick. will report back in 5 days whether it becomes a mount or has a chance to be something else but with a drop rate like .5% id imagine its 100 percent drop rate hopefully im correct!

Got the egg after 300 kills on Diseased Galscreamer (about 1hr30). Farmed on the 57, 71. There is a NPC who passes above the broken door (where there are yellow skeletons) and when you kill him he instantly respawns.

EDIT : It has just been hotfixed : this NPC doesn't respawn instantly anymore.

i stood at 60.72 face your camera upwards, as soon as you kill one Diseased Galscreamer you see one spawning up in the air.
agony or corruption will get them towards you, 20 mins got the egg. now i have to wait for 5 days.

I farmed it a bit north of Plague Watch as many people here suggested. There is a spot where a Diseased Galescreamer spawns like 2-3s after kill. Took me about 30 min of camping it till the egg dropped. Good luck

This dropped for me on my level 56 hunter as I was farming leather near Bec-dentelé rassasié west of Theater of Pain. Not sure if it dropped off that mob or Nouveau-né dent d'os as I had tagged a few of them. This was my first pull in that particular spot.

Can confirm Diseased Galescreamer (on 57, 71) is the easiest way to obtain this egg (at the time of writing this).

Monk statue helped alot to auto-aggro the NPC, so you don't have to worry about it flying out of range.
I saw 11 drop before I got the egg myself.

Rênes mâchonnées de l’aile-écorchée malhabile is a 100% (unconfirmed) drop from the Œuf touché par le chancre. The egg itself takes 5 real life days and is a low drop from the chimaeras listed below, in Maldraxxus. You don't have to be level 60 and don't have to be part of the Necrolords to receive the egg.

The best place people have found to farm this (after testing myself) is to kill the flying Hurletrombe malade at exactly 58.18, 70.85. There's multiple flying around, but if you're alone I'd suggest pulling this single one as he respawns nearly instantly. If you're in a group, try getting range DPS, especially MM hunters (as they have extra range), because there are two others you can grab that are flying a bit further away around the mountain just east of the coordinates.

Farming this in a 3-4 man groups, I saw a first drop after 300 kills, second after 337 kills, and finally one for me after 571 kills.

Here is some information to clear a few things up.

You do *not* need to be in the Necrolord/Maldraxxus Covenant to loot this item.
If you think it's taking an unholy amount of time, let me just state that the item is not bugged.

It took me like three hours and easily 1000+ kills. I saw it drop for other players after they had spent 5-10min farming, I seriously thought it was bugged for me.
However it did indeed drop, finally.

I recommend you stand at 58.70, on the wall. That way you can pull in the three chimeras that spawn frequently and close by. Stack them all nicely for quick and easy looting. You will be in combat fighting at least one like all the time. This is a very fast and easy farm, it's all a matter of luck.

Seems like the fastest spot to farm this (57, 71) had been hotfixed today. The mobs in the area do not spawn instantly anymore, the spawn time is now several minutes. The best spot to farm the egg now seems to be around 43, 50 west from Theater of Pain. There is plenty of Neonate Bonetooths around and they have around 0,3% change to drop the egg. Bonetooths also respawn pretty fast.

Got the egg after arriving at the bridge (50.60) in Maldraxxus where you enter the Seat of the Primus. Was killing the smaller Galescreamer Pups and after one pass of the bridge (I killed about 12 of them) this egg dropped on the last one. These are lower health, on the ground and easy to group up and AOE down. They also respawn quickly and since they are neutral, they are not usually killed by people coming and going as they don't aggro on to anyone. Good luck!

Went to farm with a friend that was out there for hours, I pulled up on my Unholy DK and tagged the mob he was killing (it was almost dead) and it dropped the egg for me. 1 tag 1 drop. My friend was NOT happy about this (mad at Blizzard lol) and I felt kind of bad because I didn't even know it existed until today. Unfortunately, it is soulbound and cannot be traded. We farmed for another 20 minutes and he got his! The mobs do seem to have a short tether so be careful moving ones you are killing to tag other mobs. This is probably best done in a group to get as many tags as possible and not causing mobs to evade.

So i've read some comments about nice farming spots and is hard with mele char to get the mobs. So i got the egg after farming around 30-40 Neonate Bonetooth. After i found around 53 60 ontop of the bones there is 3-4 Ravenous Galescreamer and going at the bridge for some Galescreamer Pup and around 40-50 kills i got the egg. With veng dh is easy to reach them and i focus on Ravenous Galescreamer because of the higher chance of drop.

You can get it this way propably in about 1,5 hour or a even less if you are lucky.

Old way to farm this mount through insta-spawning Galescreamer is HOTFIXED.

You go through the few big packs of Galescream pups. Their spawn time is pretty fast too to repeat the route.

I farmed the Galescreamers between the Theatre of Pain & the Seat of the Primus until my egg dropped after 1139 kills!

My "circle" was as follows:
1. Bridge with the pups
2. Jump down to the rock at the very end with the big galescreamer. Kill the three pups nearby.
3. Using Door of Shadows, try to reach as many galescreamers as you can.
4. Back to the bridge.

I just got mine today I have been farming the pups from that bridge running from the covenant hub to the amphitheater since that auto spawn point disappeared. There are enough of the pups that you can clear them back and forth with almost no down time. I think I killed about 300 give or take but nowhere near 1000

Over the space of 3 days I killed 18 Ravenous Galescreamers, 132 Galescreamer Pups and 596 Neonate Bonetooth's. It finally dropped from a Neonate Bonetooth. As a skinner I amassed nearly 3k Desolate Leather, 700 Pallid Bones, 240 Callous Hides, 70 Heavy Desolate Leather, 16 Heavy Callous Hides plus meat. And gained 2.5 levels of XP. Happy Hunting

Confirming it drops from Nouveau-né dent d'os to the west of Theater of Pain as of 17-01-2021.

They are easy to kill and very few hostile mobs in the area which makes it an easy spot to farm.

352 kills later and 2.5 hours I got it to drop off those tiny Neonate bonetooth NPC's. I went west of the "theater of pain" based off this youtube video I watched and it worked out.

Video I watched and timestamped, he claimed he got his in 40 minutes or so but I had no such luck. I was about to give up after fighting them for 2.5 hours. I repaired and came right back and got it 5 minutes later, never give up.

Got the egg today after spending aprox 7h farming every kind of those guys you can imagine. It ended dropping after 600 or so. Got it from Satiated Sawtooth in the end, but killed all of them a bunch of times. Made a lot of gold from skinning and herbalism, so don't miss on those!

There were 4 Druid Bots farming this for this in House of The Chosen. They were AOE grind / farming, so I made sure to tag a bunch of enemies, and bring my own elites in to their AOE. Basically, they did all the work. I sat back and looted. I spent about 40 minutes, and I had no idea what this egg is until I came here. Ty stupid bots for this egg. I'm sure you were after it, but I got it. LOL

If the area West of Theatre of Pain is too busy, try the lake in the South below Seat of the Primus at 56' 90
The Chasseur crève-ciel also drops this egg and they surround the lake.
They are also all neutral so a uninvasive hunting ground.

DROP RATE is 0.2% for the egg. Took me 2 nights and 912 kills to get this egg to drop. Farming the yellow Neonate Bonetooth mobs can really cut this grind down, there are packs of them everywhere with no annoying red mobs inbetween, and the respawn fairly quickly once you've done a loop.

Looted after 407 kills. My main location was the area to the vest of ToP (44,50). I killed neonate bonetooths while waiting for Tahonta to spawn. Great location if you're necrolord. I would say 350 kills were Neonate Bonetooths, the rest might be different types of Chimaeras around Maldraxxus.

Just had the egg drop after 895 kills of various enemies. I found killing galescreamer pups on the bridge from the theater of pain towards the seat of the primus to be the fastest farm. They have low hp and theres 10+ going from one end to the other. Realm jumping obviously is your friend here. Good luck!

I had 231 Spindly Flesh by the time it dropped, so I would guess around 300 kills probably, literally as I was going to call it a night, I'm not the most efficient farmer, took about 2 and a half hours. I was very discouraged because for one the RNG gods have always hated me, and also because I had no competition at first, but then a while later I saw two other people show up to farm the Neonates as well but they left before I did so I figured they probably had gotten theirs even though I had been there longer. The Neonate area is pretty annoying too because I discovered it is a big time herbalism/mining farming spot on my server, tons of players constantly running back and forth endlessly, they had no interest in the Neonates, but they tend to pull the aggressive tauralus into my AoEs. I hope everyone who wants one gets it, happy hunting.

Got mine after 211 attempts... mostly farmed neonate bonetooth in the west side of the theater of pain... not a hyper spawn but there are plenty of mobs there but they are tiny soo keep your eyes sharp

Spent probably 3-4 hours total killing neonate bonetooths without getting the egg so I went to kill the skyripper hunters and it dropped after I killed about 7 of them

Farmed my Œuf touché par le chancre with my BM Hunter (ilvl 251) for about 3 hours.
For faster farm I spec-ed into Barrage. I also have skinning so I skinned all the mobs. :)

Results:
It took me 1117 attempts to get the Œuf touché par le chancre.
In the mean time I got:
3817x Cuir désolé
112x Cuir désolé lourd
452x Peau cruelle
56x Peau cruelle lourde
890x Os blafard
and around 4K raw gold for repairs xD.

EDIT FEB 17 2022: Finally got it! It took over 25 hours of farming, over the course of 1 year (I would farm about 10 minutes per day).

Dropped from Neonate Bonetooths west of the Theater of Pain from a group of 7 I aggroed.

I would recommend farming this on a character with Necrolord and abominable stitching, so you can multi-task and collect Chair malléable at the same time.

Been farming this on my LW monk casually while waiting in LFG since 9.1. Farm it for like 10 minutes on my pally while waiting for a key group to fill and got it.

Finally got this egg today. Dropped for me at 54.7 61.5 standing on top of the bone where the two galescreamer pups are. I killed all types of these two-headed beasts, from the neonates, to the elite ones, to the quest ones, etc. 772 attempts were recorded, probably another 1000 that were not recorded. Just keep at it, eventually it will drop. For me it seems like I always get these items outside of the recommended farm spots, but that's probably just my weird RNG.

After around 1500kills ( 5-6hours), I got the egg.
I was hesitating to stop the farm.
Keep farming guys, would definitly recommand the spot neat the theater.
Got an epic shield boe sold for 15k gold

Rolled a 1 on this mount, luck-wise, and it took 2947 kills. Don't give up!

In the middle of the grind but I think I found the perfect spot and plan. Near constant killing. I am over 200 kills in an hour(ish).

1. Make a target macro for /target neonate (those things are hard to see and if you target macro you should always find them.
2. Go to area 42/48 in Maldraxus (The Stabbing Wastes)
3. Wowhead lists the Satiated Sawtooth with the highest drop chance and it is at that location. It constantly respawns
4. Path around using target Macro in between Sawtooth kills. No downtime lots of egg chances.

Oh, bring a skinner if you can. These drop blue skins at a fairly high rate.

The egg dropped me from Neonate Bonetooths, west of Theater of Pain, as many others have already mentioned.
I got it on my 1002nd kill and I was farming it for 2 days (couple of hours per day).

...and while you gonna farm this, I recommend you to que up for some quick PvP or PvE so you won't get bored of that farm so fast.

Came here to say I found out about this mount about 15 minutes ago, traveled to west of the Theatre of Pain, killed ONE Neonate Bonetooth and the Blight-Touched Egg dropped lol. RIP to those who had to kill like a thousand

I think it is good that some people who play this game are lucky and get this to drop in less than 100, even less than 500. It is sad when others farm this over and over, and still no drop. Rarity list this drop as lucky if you get in 346 or less, with a chance at 1 in 500. For me this grind has been horrible and still is, me 2656 @ 99.51%. Grinding like this for me and others who pay and play the same is not fair. For a drop to take this long is silly. Yes, I could buy on the AH, but I would rather get myself than pay the high prices that those lucky few get it to drop so fast and easily. Yes, I do need to grind because I collect pets, but it is still not fair to a lot of us to have to spend so much time in game grinding trying to get a drop.

If you /tar neonate bone and have an instant cast attack you can run in a loop around the stabbing wastes around /way 45, 50 It took a few hours, 806 kills but I finally got mine.

okay, so this is the definition of an RNG based loot drop. I came to say this is still available and working in 2024, and give you an idea of what you could be dealing with. farming the same spot many other people are recommending just west of the theater of pain, I have killed 7347 Neonate Bonetooths, and 1564 Satiated Sawtooths. This effort was completed in intervals over about a year. Today I finally got my blight touched egg from the 7347th Neonate Bonetooth. So yes, this is RNG, and yes, many people it will take an hour or two, with estimates I see being 1-500 kills, But view me as the outlier. Dozens of hours and thousands of slaughtered Bonetooths. Farm at your own risk.
