Items à acheter à l'avance et à préparer dans votre sac :

3 xRune ténébreuse

5 x Essence de non-mort

Entrez dans Scholomance (version MoP) et terminez l'instance jusqu'à la fin. Vous pouvez utiliser votre TP défi de MoP pour vous y rendre rapidement, ou bien le TP de mascotte de Stratholme à Boralus ou à Dalaran (Légion).
Dans la salle du dernier boss, allez dans la salle du fond, au premier étage et utilisez le jouet Sac des horreurs de Krastinov sur le petit tas d'os au sol, au fond à gauche de la salle. Retirez ensuite le débuff lié au jouet, et parlez au fantôme d' Eva Sarkhoff pour obtenir une Essence spectrale inerte.
Avec vos 3 runes ténébreuses et vos 5 essences de non-mort dans votre sac, cliquez sur l'essence pour obtenir une Essence spectrale.
Vous pouvez maintenant ramasser le fémur d'Eva, au sol dans la pile d'os.

Sortez de l'instance rapidement avec l'astuce de création de groupe dans la recherche prédéfinie, puis quittez votre groupe. Vous serez TP au bout d'une minute à l'extérieur de l'instance.

Be sure to activate the Krastinov's Bag of Horror's toy and deactivate the buff so you can talk to Eva FIRST. After that you'll be able to loot the femur sitting right next to her. The Wowhead guide says to do it in the opposite order and I've seen people confused in the comments.

Saw a lot of misinformation about it being rattlegore's room etc. It's the upper study, the room that you can enter above the place where you killed Grandmaster Gandling.

It's pretty stupid that you need to have the Krastinoff Bag toy to do this. I still have my spectral essence from 2005, I don't need that to see ghosts. But Eva won't show up unless you use the toy, and you cant click the dumb femur unless she shows up. Just...stupid.

In case anyone else forgets to loot the femur:

I used the Sac des horreurs de Krastinov on top of the pile of bones, got the Essence spectrale inerte from Eva, turned it into a Essence spectrale, then hearthed out in order to start collecting the candles. It wasn't until I was gone for a while that I realized that I forgot to get Eva's Femur. So I came back to heroic Scholo, and all of the trash had respawned and the gate to this room was now closed and wouldn't open. Since Gandling was already dead, there was no way for me to open the gate. At first I thought I was going to have to wait a day until my lock on Heroic Scholo reset. Instead, I ran out of the instance, changed Dungeon Difficulty to Normal, and ran the dungeon on normal mode. When I killed Gandling, the gate opened and I was able to come in and loot Eva's Femur.

tl;dr
If you forget to loot the femur on heroic mode, you can run the instance on normal mode and come back and loot it after killing Gandling.

I highly recommend bringing the 5 Essence de non-mort and the 3 Rune ténébreuse BEFORE entering Scholomance, so you can immediately retrieve Fémur d’Éva

Can I delete this Evas Femu - and the spectral Essense trinket - once I have unlocked the old version of Strathholme?

I had used the Sac des horreurs de Krastinov in a Normal difficulty run and ran out to farm the Essence de non-mort and Rune ténébreuse required to activate the trinket, only to notice later that you're supposed to loot the Fermur as well.
Luckily, after returning to the instance, although all the mobs and bosses had respawned, I was able to loot the Fermur, with 60 minutes still on cooldown on the Bag of Horrors.

As mentioned previously, this might not work for a Heroic instance, but if you talked to her in Normal difficulty, it seems you don't have to wait for the cooldown of Sac des horreurs de Krastinov to run out to loot it.
