For the Fragments d’histoire achievement, you must first talk to Emilia Bellocq in Rivages de l’Éveil in the Wingrest Embassy and then bring 10 loose pieces of statuary on the Dragon Isles to her.
You can collect all the pieces at once and get a quest for each piece you collect.
You can turn in all the quests at once at Emilia Bellocq, after that you will get the achievement Fragments d’histoire.
After the achievement, you can buy a Statue de dragon ornée at Emilia Bellocq for 200 gold.

The loose pieces of statuary can be found on the Dragon Isles in the following areas:

Rivages de l’Éveil

First, approach Emilia Bellocq at the Wingrest Embassy. She works by the large dragon statue at the back foot.

Here it is, Valentines Day 2024 and I've finally gotten around to doing this questline. I'm running 8 toons and I don't believe I've picked up this quest since the beginning of time. All the pieces as listed in the video have been right there for the plucking. Have been going in order, not completing the quests but hoarding them up. Have reached the Coldwashed Dragonclaw location but that piece is not there to pick up. Wish there was some way to see if that has been completed somehow on this toon (since I'm not positive she didn't pick it up). If any assistance is out there at this late date would appreciate it. Will try on another toon but since the quest items are Soulbound will not be able to send to the current quest seeker.
